The origin story

In 2000, at twenty, Diana tried to subscribe to Lürzer's Archive — the legendary international advertising magazine. Getting one subscription into pre-EU Romania took a month of phone calls, invoices and customs paperwork. She came out of that month with the subscription — and as the magazine's distributor for Romania. What started as stubbornness became a craft: for nineteen years she represented Lürzer's Archive internationally, managing territories from New Europe to Africa, Asia, Australia and South America, and running Rospotline, her own distribution house for design and architecture publications.

“Diana Dragomir is another power woman in our sales team — juggling several jobs while also being a wife and mother.”

Michael WeinzettlEditor-in-Chief, Lürzer's Archive — «Sales!», 2017

“…organised with the invaluable help of Diana Dragomir, International Sales Agent for Lürzer's Archive and co-founder of Mind Treat Studios — who developed the Lürzer's Archive iOS apps.”

From magazine to studio

In 2008 she met Costin Dragomir — and the idea of digitizing Lürzer's Archive as an iPhone and iPad app became the seed of a company. In 2011 it grew into the studio that is now Gamify Growth: three people building one app at first, then a full in-house team of engineers, designers and producers shipping games, national gamification platforms, AI products and interactive installations for brands across three continents.

“The start-up mentality comes bundled with the freedom to try, to fail, and to try again.”

The studio she runs

Under her watch, Gamify Growth's work has been recognized at Cannes Lions, Golden Drum, Eurobest, Effie and Creativity International — and, more importantly, used: 10M+ game downloads, 100M+ retail reach, national records, children's worlds like MaxiMundo, and AI agents that talk to communities every day. Her rule hasn't changed since 2011: she stays personally on every project, from first call to live ops.

Clients have a name for it: the Elegant Witch — she walks into the boardroom, and walks out with the problem solved.
