How we turned a flagship Visa B2B day into a game every guest played — before, during and after.
The challenge
A flagship B2B day for Visa's banking partners — a room where attention is scarce and most activations are forgotten by lunch. The brief: make the audience genuinely take part, before, during and after, without it feeling like a gimmick.
The system
A gamification layer that turned every guest into a player: a personal avatar, daily challenges in the run-up, then seven location-based QR experiences on the day — all feeding a live leaderboard on the main stage.
The outcome
Engagement started days before the doors opened and carried into the room — a majority of registered players showed up in person, and banking partners competed live on the leaderboard.
